Overview

James Warren Smith has been a resident of Pleasant Valley since 1993 and is a Claycomo Ford Plant retiree. He served on the Board of Aldermen as Ward 4 Alderman from 2005 through 2019.  During that time he was Board President from 2012 through 2019.  He also served as City Collector from 2021 through 2023.  He is an active member of UAW #249.  In his spared time, he enjoys fishing and traveling.
