The Pleasant Valley Municipal Court is a division of the 7th Judicial Circuit Court of the State of Missouri. The jurisdiction of the Municipal Court extends to all traffic and City Ordinances, Animal Control and Code Violations.
No citation related to accidents, personal injury, property damage, drugs or alcohol shall be disposed of by the Court Clerks. These types of citations are a mandatory Court appearance.
