The City of Pleasant Valley Planning/Zoning Commission will meet on Thursday, March 12, 2009 at 6:30 p.m. to consider an application for re-zoning of the address commonly known as: 8213 Pleasant Valley Road from R-1 (single family residential) to C-2 (general business district)
Legal Description:
A part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 22, Township 51, Range 32, in the Village of Pleasant Valley, Clay County, Missouri, described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the East and West center line of said Section, which is 25 feet West of the Southeast corner of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section; thence South 170 feet to a point; thence West perpendicular to said last described course 100 feet to a point; thence North and parallel with the Easterly line of said Section 170 feet to a point in the East/West center line thereof; thence East 100 feet to the point of beginning of the tract herein conveyed, EXCEPT that part in Pleasant Valley Road on the North end of said property.
