Emergency Board Meeting
January 8, 2010
The emergency board meeting of the Pleasant Valley Board of Aldermen was called to order on Friday, January 8, 2010 at 3:00 p.m. by Chip Ammon, Board President.
Present were: Jurado, Bolinger, Smith, Ammon, Maroon and Donnini. Absent. Wright, Mast and Mayor Slater.
Ammon moved, second by Maroon to go into closed session pursuant to RSMO 610.021 (3). Yeas: Smith, Bolinger, Jurado, Donnini, Ammon and Maroon. Mast and Wright absent. Motion passed.
3:03 p.m. closed session.
3:50 p.m. return to open session.
Ammon moved, second by Donnini to pay the Perfect Turf invoice in the amount of $1,302.50 for snow removal on January 7, 2010. Yeas: Jurado, Bolinger, Smith, Maroon, Donnini and Ammon. Wright and Mast absent. Motion passed.
Donnini moved, second by Jurado to adjourn. Yeas: Smith, Bolinger, Ammon, Maroon, Donnini and Jurado. Mast and Wright absent. Motion passed.
