Special Board Meeting
August 25, 2009
The special board meeting of the Pleasant Valley Board of Aldermen was called to order on Tuesday, August 25, 2009 at 6:30 p.m. by Mayor David Slater.
Present were: Ammon, Maroon, Donnini, Jurado, Wright, Smith, Bolinger and Mast. Also present were: Tammy Ammon, Director of Public Works, Kevin Cronk, Assistant Director of Public Works and Chief Stinson.
Donnini moved, second by Wright to go into closed session pursuant to RSMO 610.021 (1 & 3). Yeas: Smith, Bolinger, Mast, Ammon, Jurado, Maroon, Donnini and Phillips. Motion passed unanimously.
6:35 p.m. closed session.
6:50 p.m. Mast leaves.
6:56 return to open session.
Smith moved, second by Donnini to adjourn. Yeas: Jurado, Bolinger, Wright, Ammon, Maroon, Donnini and Smith. Mast absent. Motion passed.
6:57 p.m. adjourn.
