Special Board Meeting
March 11, 2009
The special board meeting of the Pleasant Valley Board of Aldermen was called to order on Wednesday, March 11, 2009 at 7:00p.m. by Mayor Dennis Todd.
Present were: Ammon, Maroon, Donnini, Jurado, Smith, Bolinger and Mast. Phillips absent. Also present were: Chief Daum, City Attorney Tom Capps, Jessica Bernard, representing Ensz & Jester, Michienne Dixon & Denise Tohm representing Net-Walker Technology.
Jurado moved, second by Mast to go into closed session pursuant to RSMO 610.021(3). Mayor Todd indicated that he had not been made aware of the reasons for the calling of a special board meeting when he contacted Board President Jo Jurado. Yeas: Donnini, Maroon, Smith, Bolinger, Ammon, Jurado and Mast. Phillips absent. Motion passed.
7:01 p.m. closed session.
Donnini moved, second by Maroon to adjourn. Yeas: Smith, Bolinger, Ammon, Mast, Jurado, Maroon and Donnini. Phillips absent. Motion passed.
8:16 p.m. adjourn.
